Summary of the role:

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Marketing team across campaign execution, product launches, and brand communications. This includes coordinating digital and print materials— such as catalogues, flyers, manuals, newsletters, social media, and website updates— as well as supporting internal events and external trade shows. The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and technical accuracy.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure that all work meets, improves or exceeds company standards, as specified in the Rollease Acmeda core values, and in accordance with the company’s branding guidelines.
• Draft and publish EDM content for Australian & New Zealand regions.
• Publish external communications on the company website. Keep website collateral & home page updated.
• Collaborate with the creative team to plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Maintain stock of select office marketing materials (including brochures, catalogues, promotional items and sampling).
• Assist with document control and file organization.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for marketing-related materials, print production, and promotional items to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Assist in reporting and analytics, including tracking campaign performance, social media engagement, and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or LinkedIn Insights with assistance from the Marketing Manager.
• Help manage the marketing calendar, ensuring key dates for campaigns, product launches, and events are tracked and communicated across the team.
• Maintain product catalogue/price listing and update bi-annually.
• Support sales team preparing branded presentations, flyers, or email templates.
• Support the marketing team throughout the execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
• Provide assistance for events such as trade shows and conferences.

What you should have:

• 2+ years’ experience in content creation across digital, print & social media platforms. 
• Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail 
• Proficiency in using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and associated plug-ins. 
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (in particular Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).  
• The ability to work, with minimum supervision, in a competent and efficient manner.
