Objective

Joining our team of passionate coffee lovers, you’ll be part of a mission to bring quality coffee to more people every single day. This is a superb opportunity for someone within the coffee community looking to progress their passions for coffee, sales and servicing.    

This role is diverse and fast paced.  With your passion and knowledge of coffee you will help your cafe's on the Northern Beaches and North Shore, continually hone their skills and ensure they’re armed with the tools required to produce consistently great coffee. A typical day may see you on the road delivering training and tastings, equipment maintenance, identifying new business opportunities or managing commercials for your customer base.

Core attributes, capabilities and experience

• Knowledge of coffee, coffee equipment and industry – specialty coffee, hospitality

• High level of coffee equipment & equipment troubleshooting knowledge.

• Outstanding communicator

• Self-discipline & self-responsible with a sense of urgency & follow through

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (nice to have)

• Current Driver’s License (essential)
