The Role
This is a Project Lead position.
You’ll be the one taking the brief from the client, shaping the solution, and seeing it through to delivery. Not just reviewing work. Owning it.
Day-to-day looks like:
Leading mechanical design across HVAC, ventilation and broader building services systems from concept through to constructionActing as the key point of contact for clients, running meetings, managing expectations, and building relationshipsCoordinating with architects, builders, PMs and other disciplines to keep projects movingTaking ownership of project outcomes including programme, quality and deliveryProviding technical oversight and ensuring designs align with relevant standards and codesSupporting delivery through construction, including site visits and RFIs, ensuring intent is realisedMentoring junior engineers and helping lift overall capability in the team
