About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Payroll Officer to join our Finance team and help deliver exceptional payroll services across our national business.

• Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain employee payroll records and data integrity
• Manage payroll queries and provide outstanding customer service
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations and statutory obligations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

What You’ll Bring

• Payroll experience within a medium or large organisation
• Ability to interpret awards, agreements and payroll legislation
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
• Relevant payroll, accounting or business qualifications highly regarded
