Marketing & Systems Coordinator

Are you looking to build on your Real Estate career? We're seeking an organised, experienced and tech-savvy Marketing & Systems Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of marketing, technology and administration while working in a high energy, client-focused environment.

In this important role, you will be working along side our Marketing Manager to provide vital support to all levels of the business as well as maintaining relevant systems and ensuring our team have the tools and support they need to deliver exceptional service.

About the role:

• Providing assistance across agent and brand marketing

• Database management to ensure all client data is current and accurate

• Assistance in onboarding for new staff

• Assisting offshore team with property marketing solutions

• Working closely with external suppliers

• Adhoc marketing tasks and projects as required

About you:

• At least 12 months experience in real estate in a similar position

• Experience in using Canva essential

• Agent Box experience preferred

• High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems

• High attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously and strong organisational skills

• Confident in working with all levels of the business

• Strong work ethic with a positive and friendly attitude

• Must have own vehicle and current Drivers Licence
