Hotel Manager

The Federal Hotel in Kalgoorlie is looking for a Hotel manager. As Hotel Manager you will build deep, mutually beneficial relationships with your team and guests staying in the Hotel. The Federal Hotel is the place to enjoy a cold beer after a day's work.

Candidate Profile

• Display management experience and take ownership of Operations;

• Build a strong team in a fast-paced environment;

• Manage budgets, Rostering & timesheet approvals

• Demonstrate an understanding of hotel accommodation;

• Available to work a range of shifts;

• Manage up to 70 rooms across multiple locations;

• Ability to prioritize and multitask;

• Knowledge of hotel accommodation businesses with strong systems and processes

• Understanding of Preno and online booking systems
