Product Coordinator

What’s the role? 

As a Product Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining product information across our systems, and ensure our internal systems are accurate and up-to-date with the correct product information.

Working closely with Product Managers, Marketing and suppliers, you'll help bring our extensive product catalogue current and accurate in our database. 

What You’ll Be Doing

·       Maintain and update product information within our systems

·       Upload and manage product data for new and existing products

·       Support product launches by coordinating product setup and documentation

·       Assist with the creation of sell sheets, promotional material

·       Maintain pricing files and product databases

·       Coordinate supplier information and supporting documentation

·       Manage Safety Data Sheets and product compliance documentation

·       Provide administrative support to the Product Management team

·       Assist with trade shows and other business initiatives when required

What We're Looking For? 

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large amounts of data

• Strong organisational and administrative skills

• The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Experience working with ERP, PIM or database systems (Dynamics 365 experience is advantageous) 

Desirable, But Not Essential 

• Product coordination, category administration or product management support experience

• Experience within wholesale, distribution, retail, automotive, industrial or marine industries

• Knowledge of marine products and accessories
