Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Smithfield Sydney, Australia - HybridEligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders).
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to onboarding.Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare hiring reports.
Required Skills2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles is preferred.Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of ATS and recruitment best practices.
