Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Job Duties:

• Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and drive brand engagement.
• Develop creative and data-driven advertising strategies across digital and social media platforms, with a strong focus on targeted messaging.
• Manage campaign budgets and timelines to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Create and manage marketing content (including TikTok/Douyin videos), oversee social media accounts, and monitor audience engagement.
• Collaborate with creative and design teams to produce compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Use analytical tools to track, evaluate, and continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, translating complex concepts into clear strategies.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply relevant innovations to campaigns.
• Foster a culture of creativity and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of major social and digital platforms, with particular expertise in Chinese platforms including Weibo, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin (TikTok), and WeChat.
• Strong ability to combine creative thinking with data analysis to develop effective strategies and drive audience engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
