We’re looking for a Preventative Maintenance Service Coordinator to join our busy Facilities Management Operations team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in keeping national maintenance programs on track, while building your career in a structured, supportive and fast-paced environment.

You’ll be at the heart of our preventative maintenance operations, coordinating works across multiple sites and ensuring clients receive a high level of service.

Your day will include:

• Coordinating preventative maintenance programs across multiple sites nationally

• Scheduling and prioritising planned maintenance works

• Managing work orders from creation through to completion

• Maintaining accurate asset, maintenance and service records

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, technicians and internal teams

• Proactively following up outstanding works and resolving issues

• Monitoring jobs against client requirements and KPI timeframes

• Supporting reporting, audits and data quality checks

• Ensuring works are delivered in line with WHS and site requirements

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and takes ownership.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 2–3 years’ experience in service coordination, planned maintenance scheduling, facilities administration or a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data

• Excellent organisation and time management skills

• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach

• Confidence working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Experience with CRM, facilities or maintenance management systems
