Customer Service All-Rounder (Cake and Pie Shop)

Oatley Village Pies x Patisserie New York – Mortdale, Oatley, Caringbah Locations

We are currently hiring multiple Customer Service All-Rounders to join our team across our Oatley Village Pies and Patisserie New York stores in our Mortdale, Oatley, Caringbah, Revesby, Rosebery locations.

This is a hands-on role suited to people who enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and can consistently deliver great customer service.

You will be part of the front of house team attending to customers, helping run daily operations while maintaining high standards across both brands.

• Preparing and serving coffee and beverages

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service

• Serving pies, cakes, pastries, and related products

• Opening and closing the store in line with procedures

• Accepting deliveries, unpacking stock, and managing proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO)

• Following daily operational checklists and SOPs

• Handling orders (in-store, phone, and online pickups)

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the store

• Restocking and basic food handling

• Experience in a café, bakery, or similar environment

• Previous practical experience making coffee in a work setting

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured procedures

• Strong attention to detail and presentation

• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

• Ability to work independently when required

• Flexible availability, including weekends
