About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Storeperson/Despatch Hand to join our Bibra Lake team.

This is a hands-on role supporting the safe and efficient movement of steel products through the branch. Your day will include receiving and preparing orders, loading and unloading vehicles, picking and packing materials, operating a forklift and assisting customers and drivers with collections.

You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure orders are accurate, completed on time and despatched safely. This role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in keeping an organised workplace and works well in a busy team environment.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide product information, answer inquiries, and process sales transactions.

• Monitor and manage stock levels, including receiving and storing incoming goods.

• Prepare and package products for shipment to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Uphold workplace safety and security protocols.

• Contribute to a positive and customer-focused work environment.

About You

• Current LF High Risk Work Licence.

• Store, warehouse or despatch experience is desirable.

• Basic computer skills.

• Physically capable of safely handling materials.

• Reliable, safety-focused and detail-oriented.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
