Office administration

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced office administrator to join our Northern Beaches office on a permanent, full-time basis. As part of the administrative team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks in a busy office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answering phone enquiries

• Handling correspondence between industry participants and legal professionals/officials

• Reviewing and processing legal documents

• Data entry to add and maintain records

• Generating reports for government

• Coordinating incoming and outgoing couriers and other postal requirements

• Assisting with ad hoc operational requests and undertaking other reasonable duties as requested

About you

• Previous experience in a busy office administration or administrative support role

• Highly organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail

• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently and take initiative, while contributing effectively as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Legal administration and/or accounting experience preferred
