About the role:

As a State Service Coordinator, you’ll coordinate service calls, schedule and dispatch work to technicians, manage customer enquiries and help ensure service requests are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

You’ll work closely with customers, technicians, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to keep service activities on track and deliver the best possible customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating and allocating service work to technicians.

• Managing customer enquiries and providing timely updates.

• Scheduling and dispatching technicians to service requests.

• Ensuring service requests are completed in line with customer expectations and service level requirements.

• Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.

• Ordering parts and supporting inventory requirements.

• Liaising with customers, technicians, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders.

• Supporting service administration and project-related activities.

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused and collaborative, with a genuine commitment to delivering great customer outcomes.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in service coordination, customer service, administration or a similar operational support role.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem solving.

• Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce experience highly regarded.

• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
