About the role

As the Clinical Lead at headspace Karratha, you will lead a passionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people across the Pilbara. Working alongside clinicians, private practitioners, families and community partners, you will provide clinical leadership, supervision and guidance to ensure young people receive high-quality, evidence-based care. This is an opportunity to influence service delivery, strengthen clinical practice and help shape positive outcomes for young people, while contributing to a welcoming, inclusive and culturally safe environment.
Your leadership, creativity, and dedication will be key to fostering an environment where individuals and communities thrive.
This is a full time (37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday) maximum-term position until 29 January 2027, based in Karratha.
What you will bring!
You will bring strong clinical leadership skills, a passion for youth mental health, and experience delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed and culturally responsive services. To be successful in this role, you will possess:
The successful candidate must possess a current WA Working with Children Check and a WA Driver’s License. Additionally, the role requires a current (or willingness to obtain) National Police Clearance. Please note a police record is not an automatic barrier to employment with us.
