We’re looking for a commercially minded leader to drive performance, lead a high-performing team, and help shape the next phase of the practice’s success. Previous experience in an orthodontic or general dental practice is preferred, with a strong understanding of practice operations and patient workflows
What you’ll be responsible for:Build, lead, and sustain a high-performing team culture that drives accountability, engagement, and patient outcomesWith support from your Regional Manager, own practice performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiencyIn partnership with your Orthodontist, lead the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and an exceptional patient experiencePartner with Smile Partners leadership to implement strategic initiatives and optimise performanceTake local ownership of the patient journey, ensuring strong lead management, conversion, and overall satisfactionManage people and performance, including rostering, development, and engagementEnsure compliance and clinical standards are consistently met
