Breakfast Chef

• Full time starting salary of $79,560 per annum plus 12% Superannuation

• Wednesday to Sunday regular days of work

• 5:30am to 3:00pm with one half hour break

The ideal candidate will have a current Australian trade qualification and 2+ years cooking experience.

The Breakfast chef will provide breakfast service to in house guests and customers including preparation of room service orders. Assisting with food preparation, functions and lunch service as required.

We have an experienced team of Senior Chefs to provide on the job training in various cooking styles, service operations and managing food costs. You will also learn from experienced Managers in people management and profitability.
