Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Qualified Plasterer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role involving a variety of plastering works across residential, commercial and insurance projects. No two days are the same, with work including renovations, repairs, new builds and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Installation of plasterboard to walls and ceilings
• Setting, stopping and sanding plasterboard
• Cornice installation
• Suspended ceiling systems (desirable)
• Repair and patching works
• Reading plans and working from specifications
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Working safely and efficiently on site
• Communicating professionally with clients, builders and team members

What We're Looking ForEssential

• Qualified Plasterer (Certificate III or equivalent experience)
• Current White Card
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Ability to problem solve and work efficiently

Desirable

• Experience in commercial plastering
• Experience in insurance repairs
• Experience with suspended ceiling systems
• EWP, Working at Heights or First Aid tickets
• Waterproofing experience or willingness to obtain qualification

Pay: $56,449.67 – $99,613.18 per year
