Lending Manager

As a Lending Manager, you'll manage the home loan process from enquiry through to settlement while delivering exceptional service and tailored lending solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, from initial client consultation through to settlement.

• Assess clients' financial circumstances and recommend suitable lending solutions.

• Guide clients throughout the lending journey, providing timely updates and professional advice.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, lenders, and other stakeholders.

• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and internal teams to ensure smooth application progress.

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and relationship management.

• Ensure all lending activities comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years' experience in mortgage broking, lending, banking, or financial services is preferred; however, comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated understanding of the Australian mortgage industry, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
