Leasing Consultant

Are you enthusiastic, organised and ready to begin a career in real estate?

D’Ettorre Real Estate is looking for an entry-level Leasing Consultant to join our friendly and supportive Surry Hills team. Previous real estate experience is not necessary. We’ll provide the training and guidance you need to succeed.

About the role

Working alongside our property management team, you will:

• Respond to enquiries from prospective tenants

• Arrange and conduct property inspections

• Assist applicants throughout the leasing process

• Process rental applications and prepare documentation

• Advertise available properties

• Communicate with tenants, landlords and property managers

• Maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support

About you

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Strong communication and customer-service skills

• A friendly, professional and reliable approach

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Confidence using computers and learning new systems

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• A current real estate certificate or licence
