Food Idea Pty Ltd, trading as Ballarat Aussie ADDA is is an family authentic western & South East Asian Restaurant located in Sebastopol VIC 3356 that specialises in Western and South East Asian cuisine, great customer Service, value for money and large meals. We currently have a full-time opportunity available for an experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be running our kitchen. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our kitchen operation, from menu development and preparation to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will lead kitchen team, ensuring smooth service throughout the day and night.

Responsibilities:

- Create and prepare delicious pizza,Pasta and other food items using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

- Ensure all dishes meet our high standards for quality and presentation.

- Manage and maintain kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed.

- Oversee food preparation, adhering to food safety regulations.

- Lead and train the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.

- Liaise with front-of-house stac to ensure smooth service.

Experience: At least year of experience working as a Chef in a similar environment

Qualification: Cert 3, Cert 4 in Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality

Salary: $82,000 - $85000
