You don't need previous automotive or sales experience. What we're looking for is the right attitude, personality, work ethic and willingness to learn.

We will provide the training, product knowledge and support to help you become a successful automotive sales professional.

As a New Car Sales Consultant, you'll work with customers from their initial enquiry right through to vehicle delivery and beyond.

Your day will include:

• Meeting and greeting customers

• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicle

• Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives

• Preparing quotes and presenting vehicle options

• Following up enquiries and building your customer database

• Working towards individual and dealership sales targets

• Maintaining strong customer relationships

• Working closely with our Finance and Aftermarket teams

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience

• Keeping up to date with Isuzu UTE products, technology and promotions

• Following customers through to delivery and creating repeat and referral business

Experience is not essential.

You could come from retail, hospitality, real estate, telecommunications, fitness, banking, customer service or another industry — or you may simply be looking for your first real opportunity in sales.

A current Victorian driver's license is required.

• $85,000 – $120,000+ OTE

• Attractive base salary + uncapped commission
