Due to the continued growth and success of our property management team, we’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, develop their skills, and grow within a supportive, high-performing environment.
The RoleAs an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll work closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of property management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting a Senior Property Manager and learning day-to-day portfolio management
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Liaising with tenants and building strong relationships
Completing ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
Assisting with processing rental applications
Uploading and marketing properties online
Coordinating maintenance and repair requests
Providing general administrative support as needed
We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
Previous real estate experience is advantageous but not essential
Must hold a current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Well-presented with a professional approach
Strong communication and people skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
