The Role

We're looking for an experienced Systems Trainer to join a Change Management team supporting a major government transformation program. Working under a Training Manager, you'll help plan and deliver training that supports staff through the adoption of new systems and ways of working.

You'll be the link between the program and the business, developing tailored training materials and strategies that build capability and drive genuine adoption across a diverse group of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead creative training strategies to support digital transformation and system readinessCraft engaging, fit-for-purpose training materials for a diverse range of audiencesCoordinate training schedules and support delivery of sessions, both virtually and in personBuild strong relationships across the program and business to support training uptake and adoptionReport on training delivery, uptake and outcomes, validating results with end users and leaders

Required

Active AGSVA Baseline security clearance Proven experience across the full training cycle — needs assessment, planning, development, delivery and evaluationExperience developing training materials such as guides, videos and learning modulesStrong written communication and stakeholder engagement skillsUnderstanding of Agile delivery and change management frameworks, ideally on large-scale programs
