Join our expanding Sydney North AOD team
• Assertive outreach reaching people where they are
• NFP Salary Sacrificing and Fitness Passport available
• Varied hours including some evenings and weekends
• Full Time until June 2027 with possible extension
Supportive team within a strong Model of Care
• We're seeking an AOD Treatment Worker focused on assertive support
• Comprehensive and brief assessment, one-to-one treatment, care planning and case management
• Group facilitation and assertive outreach, including support for clients in crisis
• Includes evening and weekend hours
• Works collaboratively across our programs and with external services
• Works across the Sydney North region (Hornsby, Northern Beaches and Ryde) as the service grows
• Flexible, multi-site work across Sydney North
