Project Manager - Building & Minor Works

West Coast FM Group is a proudly WA-owned family business delivering building maintenance, refurbishment and minor works projects across government, education and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

The Role

·                     Manage multiple building and minor works projects simultaneously.

·                     Prepare quotations, estimates, and scopes of work.

·                     Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

·                     Coordinate subcontractors and trades.

·                     Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.

·                     Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.

·                     Manage purchase orders, project documentation, and reporting.

·                     Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

·                     Identify and develop opportunities for additional work and business growth.

·                     Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

About You

·                     Proven experience in project management within construction, building maintenance or minor works.

·                     Strong understanding of building trades and construction processes.

·                     Experience in preparing quotations and managing project budgets.

·                     Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·                     Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

·                     Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

·                     Strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes.

·                     Current driver’s license.

·                     Trade qualifications or relevant construction qualifications are highly regarded.
