About the Role
An opportunity exists for an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to join the Monash Health Haematology Service.
This is a newly created, full-time ongoing position, working Monday to Friday, offers an exciting opportunity to help shape and establish this specialist CNC role within the Monash Health Haematology Service.
Based predominantly at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton, you will work in partnership with the Haematology medical team to deliver expert, patient-centred care for people living with acute leukaemia and myeloid malignancies. As the central point of coordination throughout the patient's treatment journey, you will provide advanced clinical care, care coordination, patient and carer education, and supportive care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Working within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to service development, quality improvement, clinical research and education while ensuring care aligns with national guidelines and optimal care pathways.

Monash Health Haematology is one of Australia's largest haematology services, providing specialist care to a population of approximately 1.5 million people.
The service is internationally recognised for its leadership in clinical research, clinical trials, stem cell transplantation and innovative models of care, offering the opportunity to work alongside leading clinicians and researchers to improve outcomes for patients with blood cancers.
About You
You are an experienced haematology or oncology nurse with advanced clinical expertise, a passion for patient-centred care and the ability to build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
