• Oversee preventative maintenance programs, equipment reliability, breakdown response and capital projects.
• Manage site operating costs and capital expenditure, providing accurate financial reporting to the COO and CFO.
• Provide operational leadership to Safety, Quality and HR/Training functions, and lead, coach and develop Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders.
• Maintain audit, customer and regulatory inspection readiness, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
You'll Bring
• Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in food manufacturing, preferably meat, poultry or further processed proteins.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Why Join Comgroup?
• A high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
• Competitive remuneration package, including superannuation and an incentive scheme bonus.
