HR Driver

Ready to hit the road with a dynamic and growing team? Border Express is looking for a dependable and motivated HR Driver to join our Fyshwick branch in a permanent, full-time role. Duties:

• Ensure all freight is delivered on time, in full and with no damages.

• Some manual handling.

• Plan and monitor all freight movements for effective utilisation in order to meet the operations time schedule.

• Check all paperwork is completed accurately and real time signatures are obtained at all times.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and legislation including load restraint guides, DG codes, fatigue management legislation, road laws and council regulations.

• Undertake safe and effective loading, unloading and movement of freight in accordance with company & statutory guidelines.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum HR Licence.

• Excellent Driver History Report.

• LF Licence is desired.

• Great local knowledge of Canberra surrounding areas.

• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical that includes a drug and alcohol test and complete a police check.
