Aftermarket Sales & Operations Manager

We are seeking a commercially astute Aftermarket Sales & Operations Manager to be responsible for leading the sales function, develop growth strategies, manage key customer relationships and ensure the achievement of sales and profitability targets across our Aftermarket division.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Aftermarket you will work closely with internal stakeholders across the company to identify opportunities, improve customer outcomes, and expand Transmin’s market presence.

Duties

• Drive sales of OEM parts, agency products and aftermarket supplies
• Grow market share through proactive customer engagement and relationship management
• Expand Transmin’s aftermarket portfolio through new products, brands, and market opportunities
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across Transmin’s product and service offerings
• Lead mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team
• Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement
• Provide accurate sales reporting, pipeline visibility and performance analysis
• Support the development and execution of long-term aftermarket growth

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a sales team within the mining, materials handling, OEM or related industrial sectors
• Proven success identifying, developing and closing sales opportunities
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Engineering, Marketing Management or a related discipline.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems
