About the business and the role
Jaymak Geelong, is a highly successful private franchise within the Jaymak national franchise network.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in an environment that offers variety, flexibility, autonomy and working in small teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional hygiene cleaning services to new and existing Jaymak customers across the Geelong territories.
Remuneration and Benefits
Salary $65k-70k plus superannuation.
Over time as applicable.
Working hours
Standard hours may vary between 7am and 11pm, Monday to Friday.
Determined via weekly schedule within a 76 hour fortnight.
Occasional overnight stay and/or weekend work may be required.
Role Details
You will be performing equipment hygiene maintenance cleaning in hotels, hospitals, aged care, food manufacturing facilities etc.
Ensuring that proper maintenance and cleaning procedures are followed to our ISO22000 certified standards.
Performing mould and bacteria contamination control in cool rooms, fridges, dish washers and ice machines
Cleaning and sanitising air handling units and air conditioners.
Performing detailed kitchen cleaning and sanitising.
Skills and Experience
Full training is provided on the job, but mechanical skills are advantageous.
You must be well presented, reliable and flexible.
Able to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised.
This role requires you to work with your hands, show attention to detail and solve problems.
You must be comfortable working at heights.
A Food Handlers Certificate and a clean Police Check & Working With Children Check are required. First Aid Certificate and Elevated Work Platform Licence will be an advantage.
Full Drivers licence required.
You must be fully vaccinated (Covid & Flu)
