We are seeking experienced and motivated Aircore Drillers for an immediate start on a 2:1 roster throughout WA.

As a Aircore Driller, you will play a key leadership role in the safe and efficient delivery of drilling operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing your drill crew

• Delivering required drilling metres safely and efficiently

• Mobilising, setting up, and relocating drill rigs

• Completing accurate daily reporting and documentation

• Maintaining strong communication with client representatives

• Ensuring the safety of all personnel and site visitors at all times

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a strong commitment to safety. Preference will be given to applicants who have:

• Proven experience operating aircore drilling equipment

• Certificate III in Drilling Operations

• A valid HR manual driver’s licence

• High levels of physical fitness and the ability to work in remote environments

• Current WA residency
