We've partnered with an established and highly regarded company within the gas and welding supplies industry that is experiencing continued growth and looking for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their team.

• $75K-$85K + Super
• Permanent full-time position
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
• Bibra Lake location

You'll play an important role in supporting customers and the wider sales team, with responsibilities including:

• Providing exceptional customer service to trade, industrial and retail customers via phone and email
• Processing customer orders through SAP and other systems
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Managing inbound sales enquiries and identifying opportunities to upsell
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Maintaining accurate customer and account records
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and stock availability
• Resolving customer enquiries and delivery issues
• Processing returns, credits and warranty claims
• Monitoring inventory levels and liaising with purchasing
• Working closely with external sales representatives

We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised and commercially minded, with:

• Previous experience in internal sales
• Experience within the industrial, trade or fabrication industry
• Essential: Previous SAP experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• A friendly, proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
