About the Role

This casual role runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with occasional Saturdays during peak periods.

Perfect for someone looking to build experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this role offers a strong foundation with clear progression opportunities for the right people.

A Day in the Life:

• Picking and packing online orders using our trolley system
• Dispatching orders via our warehouse systems
• Processing customer returns
• Performing quality control checks
• Supporting general warehouse tasks as needed

Please note: this is an active, on-your-feet role — ideal for someone who enjoys a physical, fast-moving workday.

What We're Looking For:

• Eligible to work permanently in Australia (no visa restrictions)
• Reliable, accurate and detail-focused in order processing
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Cool under pressure and able to meet deadlines
• A team player with great communication skills
• Proactive, positive, and self-motivated
• Confident with computer systems and tech
• An interest in fashion and retail is a big plus!
