This multi-franchise dealership in Brookvale has built its reputation on strong customer relationships and a team that consistently delivers. They're looking for an experienced Car Sales Consultant to join a high-traffic, well-established site with strong walk-in and repeat business.

You'll be joining a supportive, high-performing team at an established multi-franchise dealership with genuine volume and variety. It's a business that backs its people and values consistency over churn.

What you bring

· Proven new vehicle sales experience, with runs on the board — you can back your numbers

· A track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs, not just talking about them

· A natural way with people and a genuine passion for delivering great customer outcomes

· Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday (weekends are where this business wins)

· Familiarity with the Northern Beaches area is a plus.
