About the Role

As our Plant & Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of civil plant, heavy machinery and company vehicles to ensure they remain safe, reliable and ready for site.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll carry out scheduled servicing, diagnose and repair faults, respond to breakdowns both in the workshop and on-site, and work closely with the Plant Manager to keep downtime to a minimum.

You'll be joining a supportive services team that takes pride in delivering high-quality work, maintaining a safe workplace, and keeping our operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Plant Mechanic and/or Heavy Vehicle Trade

• 5+ years' experience working on civil plant and/or heavy vehicles.

• Experience with welding and metal fabrication is highly regarded.

• HR Licence or willingness to obtain one.

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

• A high level of attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.

• Reliable, motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.

• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
