About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and ensure the efficient supply of genuine parts to our Service Department, wholesale customers and retail guests. 

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving team performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the department operates efficiently and profitably. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead, coach and support the Parts team to achieve departmental objectives. 

• Ensure customers receive professional, accurate and timely parts service. 

• Oversee parts interpretation and quotation accuracy. 

• Monitor parts availability, back orders and delivery timeframes. 

• Ensure all parts are correctly invoiced and charged to repair orders. 

• Manage inventory accuracy, including stock discrepancies, lost sales and special orders in line with manufacturer requirements. 

About You 

You will bring: 

• Previous experience managing or supervising an automotive Parts Department. 

• Strong leadership and team development skills. 

• Excellent parts interpretation and inventory management knowledge. 

• Experience with dealership management systems. 

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. 

• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
