Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently produce quality meals for restaurant, room service, and function events
• Assist with ordering, menu planning, stocktaking
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen

Candidate Requirements:

• Trade qualifications in cookery + 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail
• High standards in food presentation and hygiene
• Awareness of industry changes
• Strong stock control and rotation practices
