Communications & SEO Intern

About The RoleWe’re looking for a Communications & SEO Intern to join Founders Edge as we enter an exciting stage.
As Founders Edge grows, we’re building a number of new communities, initiatives and brands across the startup ecosystem. We want someone who can help us figure out how these brands should sound, what they should say and how they should communicate with the people they’re built for.
You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the voice, tone and personality of Founders Edge and our growing portfolio of brands - then bring that voice to life through articles, LinkedIn posts, event communications, founder stories, website copy and more.
You’ll be working directly with the Founders Edge team, founders, investors and ecosystem leaders, giving you a front-row seat to the people and conversations shaping Australia’s startup scene.
What you’ll doHelp define and develop the voice and personality of Founders Edge and our new brandsCreate brand messaging and written communication guidelinesWrite articles, founder stories and thought leadership contentWrite LinkedIn posts, event descriptions, newsletters and website copyInterview founders, investors and ecosystem leadersResearch topics and keywords to identify SEO opportunitiesCreate and optimise content to grow organic searchResearch other brands and communities for inspiration and ideas(We'd also like to support you on your journey.
