Redcape Hospitality is looking for Gaming Attendants to join the teams at:

• Saltwater Creek Hotel in Helensvale

• The Wattle Hotel in Upper Coomera

You may already have gaming experience, or you might come from a pub, bar or other customer-facing environment and be ready to expand your skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide fast, friendly service across the gaming floor and gaming-room bar

• Prepare and serve drinks while following RSA requirements

• Follow RSG requirements, including harm-minimisation practices

• Build rapport with regulars while staying attentive to the wider room

• Handle cash and follow venue cash-control procedures

• Keep the bar and gaming floor clean, stocked and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

• Hospitality or customer-service experience, ideally in a pub, bar or similar venue

• Confidence serving customers and working behind a bar

• Gaming experience is welcomed but not essential

• The ability to stay organised and attentive while managing competing priorities

• Current Queensland RSA and RSG

• Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays

About Our Venues

The Wattle Hotel is a busy Upper Coomera community venue with gaming, bistro, function space, retail, a drive-through bottle shop and plenty of on-site parking.

Saltwater Creek Hotel is an established Helensvale local with gaming, bars, bistro, live sport and retail.

Both venues offer steady trade, regular customers and supportive in-venue leadership.
