Client Relationship Manager - Health and Benefits

Join WTW’s Health & Benefits team, where you will partner with employers to deliver market-leading health, life insurance, and employee benefits solutions tailored to their workforce needs.

The Role

Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor on Health & Benefits strategies. Provide consulting and advisory services across Corporate Health Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Income Protection, Salary Continuance, and Employee Benefits programs.Negotiate with providers on renewals, claims, and broking support.Deliver market updates, legislative changes, benchmarking, and best practice insights.Oversee policy placement, annual renewals, and day-to-day portfolio administration.Conduct education sessions for employers and employees on H&B programs.Support new business opportunities and contribute to tenders.Stay up to date with market trends, legislation, and industry developments.Maintain compliance with RG146 and undertake ongoing professional training.

Qualifications

The Requirement

Industry-related qualifications and a relevant business degree (preferred).Knowledge of Medical, General, and Life insurance markets.Experience managing client relationships at HR Director/CFO level.Understanding of employee benefits, including wellness programs.Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Prior experience in the H&B market is desirable.Commitment to inclusion, diversity, and continuous learning.
