We are seeking a Reception & Operations Assistant to join our Cairns office working permanent part time Tuesday to Friday (4 days approx. 30hrs). This is a varied role where no two days are the same. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll provide outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operation of the business.

The role involves managing customer enquiries and bookings, coordinating guest check-in, preparing expedition paperwork, maintaining records, supporting vessel operations, assisting with certifications and compliance, coordinating volunteers and suppliers, and providing general administrative support across the business.

You will be well organised, friendly and professional, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You enjoy working in a busy environment, can manage multiple priorities and take pride in providing exceptional customer service. Experience in administration, reception, tourism or hospitality is preferred, while an interest in diving or marine tourism would be highly regarded.
