SAINT HAVEN is expanding, and we’re building the founding Performance Coaching team for our highly anticipated Bondi Beach club, opening next year.

SAINT HAVEN is a new kind of private wellness club, combining performance, recovery, longevity and connection in an exceptional environment.

We’re looking for passionate, knowledgeable and member-obsessed Performance Coaches who want to help shape the culture and experience of our newest club.

THIS ISN’T YOUR AVERAGE PT ROLE.

You’ll deliver exceptional one-on-one, semi-private and group coaching experiences, helping members achieve meaningful and measurable results.

You’ll bring a personalised, evidence-based approach to coaching and genuinely care about understanding the individual in front of you.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll ideally have:

• Certificate IV in Fitness as a minimum

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Strong experience in one-on-one and/or group coaching

• Excellent programming and technical coaching capability

• A genuine interest in health, performance, recovery and longevity

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• High personal and professional standards

• Availability on weekends and evenings.

Additional qualifications or experience in areas such as Strength & Conditioning, Pilates, Yoga, Exercise Science or other specialist modalities will be highly regarded.
