Maintenance Plumber

This role is not about being overloaded with 5 to 10 jobs a day. As a qualified maintenance plumber, you will be assigned one job at a time, allowing you to focus on delivering quality workmanship and a great customer experience without the pressure of a chaotic schedule.

We do not work for builders, property managers, facility managers, or strata. Instead, you will work directly with homeowners, solving genuine plumbing issues and taking pride in doing the job properly.

We are a professional and organised plumbing business, with a clear focus on what we do best — plumbing.

As a qualified residential maintenance plumber, you will be supported with coaching in estimating, customer communication, and demonstrating value to homeowners. Our process is proven, structured, and easy to follow.

You will also have access to weekly coaching and support sessions designed to help you grow professionally and continue progressing in your career.

With guidance from our Senior Advisors, you will work towards clear, achievable goals that are measured and tracked through your own personal scorecard.

• Help us RAISE the industry standard, following a PROVEN call process while upholding company policies

• Only one assigned job at a time

• Clear communication with our customers prior to dispatching until the job is closed out

• Arrive on time, in a clean uniform, clean boots, clean vehicle and a positive attitude

• Listening to the customers concerns, diagnose the cause & educate. You're not an average bum crack tradie anymore. You're their highly trained trusted advisor.

• Confidently present options using Ipad or Note Pad - training provided

• Complete all work to Australian Standards. Take pride in your work and complete to a high standard

• Offer our Membership. Returning to our existing customers is what we love. We love it even more when they request their Technician

• Ask for a 5 STAR Google Review

• Close out of the job as per company policy - 100% Job Notes, Pictures, Cctv, Collect Payment. Allows you to do more of what you're paid to do - more plumbing = more $$$

• Are a qualified plumber

• Want to learn how to prepare estimates and build strong customer communication skills

• Would value working on one job at a time

• Enjoy residential plumbing maintenance work

• Are looking for a role with no on-call work or weekends

• Hold a current Queensland driver's licence

• Have drain relining experience (not essential)

• Hold a gas licence (not essential)

• Hold a restricted electrical licence (not essential)

• Must be an Australian citizen
