Talent Acquisition Systems and Reporting Analyst

Visy is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Systems and Reporting Analyst to help transform the way we attract, engage and hire talent. As part of the People and Culture division, reporting to the Group Manager Talent Acquisition and based in Melbourne Victoria, this role will be responsible for recruitment systems optimisation, ATS integrations, reporting and analytics, training and enablement across the Talent Acquisition function.

As the ATS Super User, you will play a key role in enhancing recruitment technology, improving data integrity, supporting system integrations and delivering actionable insights that drive better hiring outcomes across the business.

What You'll Do

• Act as the subject matter expert and super user for Visy's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Lead system optimisation initiatives, upgrades, testing and enhancements.
• Support ATS, HRIS and recruitment technology integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors.
• Maintain system data integrity, reporting accuracy and compliance standards.
• Develop recruitment dashboards, reports and analytics that support strategic decision making.
• Analyse recruitment trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver training programs for ATS and sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK.
• Create enablement materials and provide ongoing coaching to improve user adoption and recruitment capability.
• Support process automation and future-state recruitment technology initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions

What You Will Bring

Essential Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment systems administration, HRIS, ATS management or a similar systems-focused role.
• Demonstrated experience leading or co-leading ATS and HRIS integrations.
• Mandatory experience as a super user within PageUp.
• Experience working with recruitment technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search and related integrations.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability with experience interpreting recruitment system data and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or PowerBi, driven by data and metrics. 
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
• Knowledge of recruitment workflows, technology platforms and best practice processes.

 Desirable

• Degree qualification in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience with SharePoint, SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI or comparable enterprise systems.
