Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care, including triage, immunisations, wound care, ECGs, and chronic disease management
• Ensure compliance with infection control, accreditation, and quality improvement standards
• Assist in coordinating daily nursing operations and assist general practitioners with procedures
• Champion a patient centred, preventative health approach
• Collaborate with the practice manager to implement key practice initiatives
• Assist to optimise nursing resource utilisation

About You

• Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Extensive General Practice experience (5+ years preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of general practice nursing experience is required
• Demonstrated people and time management skills
• Excellent communication, organisational, and attention to detail abilities
• Positive, proactive mindset and commitment to delivering high quality patient care
