Absolute Tiling is looking for a skilled and experienced Wall & Floor Tiler to join our high-performing team.If you’re a qualified tiler who takes pride in your craftsmanship, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working on quality residential and commercial projects, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work across a variety of projects, preparing surfaces and installing ceramic, porcelain, stone and mosaic tiles to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and levelling surfaces for tilingReading and interpreting plans and layoutsMeasuring, cutting and installing tilesApplying adhesives, grout, sealants and coatingsCompleting repairs and maintenance where requiredWorking safely and in accordance with WHS requirementsCollaborating with supervisors and other trades on-siteMaintaining accurate job and material records
What we’re looking for
Qualified Wall & Floor Tiler with 3+ years’ full-time post-apprenticeship experienceExperience across wet areas, kitchens and outdoor surfacesConfident using wet saws, grinders, tile levelling systems and other industry toolsStrong understanding of Australian tiling and waterproofing standards, including AS 3958.1 and AS 3740Strong commitment to safety and qualityResidential, commercial or large-scale construction experience highly regardedAbility to work independently while also being a strong team playerWhy join Versatile Group?
