Multi Skilled Machine Operators Required (Several Positions Available)

BOS Civil is growing, and we're looking for 5-6 experienced, multi-ticketed machine operators to join our team. If you're the type of operator who can jump between machines depending on what the job needs, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

You'll be working across a variety of sites, operating a range of plant and equipment as project demands shift. No two days will look the same. One day you might be on the HR truck, the next behind a posi, digger, loader or roller or on the ground. We need people who are genuinely comfortable moving between machines, not just ticketed on paper.

What You'll Bring

- Current tickets/licences across two or more of the following: HR truck licence, Posi truck, excavator, loader, roller
- Solid, hands on operating experience - not just the tickets, but the runs on the board
- A strong understanding of site safety and a genuine commitment to working safely
- Reliability and a good attitude, you turn up, you get stuck in, and you work well with the crew
- A current HR driver's licence and your own reliable transport to site

Before You Start

To be considered, applicants must be able to provide:

- A current Statement of Attainment and RII competency card/copy for each ticket held. Please note, VOCs will not be accepted in place of these.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment medical
- Completion of a company and site induction prior to commencing work

Full Australian working rights must be held to work at BOS Civil.
