ECT, Lead Educators and Educators

We're Hiring: ECT, Diploma-Qualified Lead Educators and Certificate 3 qualified Educators in Long Day Care.

Location: My Little Feet Child Care Centres - Aitkenvale, Pimlico and Idalia

Position: Permanent Part time Lead Educator and Educators. Various roles available with an immediate start available across our three services in Townsville.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor Early Childhood Education or working towards

• Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA - approved equivalent)

• Certificate 3 Early Childhood Education.

• Currently working towards Diploma.

• Experience in a Lead Educator or senior educator role within long day care

• Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and National Regulations

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• A nurturing, positive, and professional approach to early education

• Commitment to building relationships with children, families and team members

• Valid work visa or Australian residency status acceptable

• Current Working with Children Check must be held before commencement

Your role will include:

• Leading and inspiring your room team with confidence and creativity

• Planning and implementing high-quality, intentional programs

• Supporting and mentoring other educators in best practice

• Ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures

• Building respectful and collaborative relationships with families and the wider centre community
