We have a current vacancy serving Mandurah and the South of the River region to work within the community NDIS and Neuro space. You will report directly to our Clinical Director, who brings over 20 years of clinical, managerial, and mentoring experience. The position offers a minimum of 2 days per week with a secured caseload, alongside the flexibility to build, adjust, and grow your schedule and business at your own pace.

About the Role

You can choose a contracting arrangement or a salaried position - whatever suits your lifestyle.

You’ll deliver meaningful therapy to NDIS participants in the clinic, in the community, or from home whichever suits you and your participants. You’ll have the freedom to build a caseload that aligns with your strengths, interests, and preferred way of working.

This is a clinician led model designed to protect your autonomy while still giving you the support you need. You’ll have access to practical supervision, mentoring, and ongoing development - even as a contractor.

What You’ll Need

• Allied Health relevant registration; i.e. APHRA, ESSA, SPA, ACA etc

• Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle (for community visits)

• Extensive NDIS knowledge and experience

• NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

• WWCC + National Police Clearance
